Internal Audit Advisory

Internal audit has become a crucial part of proactive, forward-thinking businesses that seek to continuously improve their operations while lowering organizational risk.

Businesses must deal with complex problems, changes, and disruptions in a constantly changing landscape. Because of these problems, organizations continue to face new risks and opportunities. The internal audit function needs to be forward-looking, focused on innovation, and always looking for ways to improve. It must have access to all the skills and experiences required to provide Audit Committees and business executives with timely, relevant, and deep insights as a trusted advisor.

I am a Certified Public Accountant with global experience as a Chief Audit Executive working collaboratively with Boards and Senior Executives.  In the past 15 years, I have supervised an internal audit department at a Fortune 500 company, built internal audit departments from scratch, and advised many functions on improving automation and innovation.

An internal audit department is more than ‘just a cost center’.  My goal is always to add value to the organization.  I do this by providing enhancement recommendations that have benefits exceeding the costs or efforts of their implementation.

Where do I help organizations?
